4.Rebootyoursystemwiththecommand:
reboot
Caution:Whenyouissuetherebootcommand,thesystemoverwritesthecurrentkernel
(/unix)withthekernelyouhavejustcreated(/unix.install).Thisiswhyyoushouldalways
copythecurrentkerneltoasafeplacebeforerebooting.

RecoveringFromanUnbootableKernel

1.Ifthesystemfailstoreboot,trytorebootitagain.Ifitstillfails,interrupttheboot
processanddirectthebootPROMtobootfromyouroldsavedkernel(unix.save).
2.PresstheResetbutton.YouseetheSystemMaintenanceMenu:
SystemMaintenanceMenu
1)StartSystem.
2)InstallSystemSoftware.
3)RunDiagnostics.
4)RecoverSystem.
5)EnterCommandMonitor.
3.Chooseoption5toentertheCommandMonitor.Yousee:
CommandMonitor.Type”exit”toreturntothemenu.
