auth error … – not in the table 解决办法_imail server

1.适用版本：IMail Server 5.0以上版本

2.问题及故障描述: 在Imail 的系统日志（LOG）中发现大量与以下相似的记录，而且来源IP不一定相同。

3.原因：这是因为用户使用动态IP地址引起的。如果你不选择忽略来源IP地址，用户将踢回到登录画面。这个检查错误将一直记录在日志中。

4.解决办法:
A.依次打开 IMail Administrator －> localhost -> Web Messaging Server ,启用“Ignore source address in security check”选项。
P.S：在IMail Server 7.0以下版本此选项在 IMail Administrator－> localhost -> Services 下。
B.停止并重启Web Messaging 服务.
