Important notes:
1. I shall be careful to decide which core board to buy,
   the board is different
   so the bootloader needs the corrsponding change,
   which I am not confident enough to handle.
2. I need to buy a core board
   which is exactlly the same as the core of my development board.
3. 144 pins coreboard is preferred,
   cause I have the pcb ducument including core board and ext board of this type
4. I think the better idea is
   to buy the components first,
   then draw the final PCB and print it.
   I mean what if I can not find the specific component of the given footprint
   if I pint pcb first
